Identify opportunities, implement and maintain viable airline partnership arrangements in liaison with all stake holders for maximum business and network opportunities.
Detailed Description

Develop and implement the programme for KQ’s Competitive Strategy
Determine, type, level of co-operation in line with the Competitive strategy
Identify, initiate and steer viable potential partner agreements to expand and improve the KQ Network
Establish and maintain up-to-date profiles of network airlines and potential codeshare partners to guide on choice of Partners.
Evaluate and review of existing partnership agreement to determine value to KQ.
Establish a Partnership Protocol that ensures codeshare agreements are responsive to need, user friendly and managed openly and effectively and work within KQ objectives
Develop systems/reports for the collection of data for performance monitoring and stakeholders information.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support of codeshare projects
Develop, establish and implement codeshare infrastructure and communication processes within KQ & and with codeshare Partners
Manage the Codeshare Projects budget, act as Budget holder and ensure the projects are carried out in accordance to the budget and timescales.
Participate in, and contribute to, codeshare seminars, reports & Partner events as appropriate
Maintain records of commercial and financial performance of the Codeshare Agreements
Willingness and ability to spend blocks of time away from home as required attending meetings and events.
Manage, coach and mentor a team to achieve team goals.

Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Experience

University graduate with minimum 3 years experience in relationship and Partnership management.
Graduate work or master degree in related field desirable
Demonstrable success in working in a similar technical or commercial role
Experience negotiating, formulating and negotiating service level and cooperation agreements and contracts
Experience in analyzing and interpreting information, statistics and financial accounts.
Experience in project management
Ability to understand business constraints & drivers and adapt strategies to address these
Previous people management and Partnership experience
Proven track record of identifying markets and marketing opportunities and delivering against this.
Broad general knowledge of airline partnerships an added advantage.
French or other international language an advantage.
