You’ve probably handled some of these tasks before and this will be an opportunity for you to share your expertise with us. You will manage the end-to-end service delivery of an account(s) across multiple delivery centers and country locations. You won’t be alone! We will be there to help you all the way.
You will be managing one or more strategic accounts, through the client lifecycle and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and all clients are highly satisfied with the teams’ performance. This includes managing scope, profit and loss, cost schedule and also applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
You will be coaching and mentoring on a project level (but they will not directly report to you) a group of project managers in CloudFactory delivery locations and equip them to deliver excellent results while also progressing in their professional development. You may have 2-3 project support resources that would report directly to you.
You will lead all project resources and establish an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. Proactively report progress and results to clients and facilitate communication between internal teams regarding client needs. You will administer internal/external reporting requirements for the executive team, internal stakeholders, and the clients.
As part of helping our accounts succeed, you will be strategizing with clients on opportunities for growth, while continuously driving performance enhancement as an extension of their team. You will be conducting face-to-face meetings with clients to effectively manage the accounts. In some cases you will be required to roll-up-your-sleeves and be on the ground to handle issues that arise in order to exceed KPIs for each account. You might fly to a client location once or twice per year. You will be required to be onsite in our delivery locations (Nepal & Kenya) 25%-30% and with clients 10% (usually in the USA or Europe). Even better if you already live in Kenya!

You are an innovator and have developed new approaches, ideas and problem solving methods for high quality delivery. You have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills. You have strong project and program management – including developing plans for onboarding and training teams, ongoing performance management, and risk planning and mitigation. You are great in developing metrics, tracking, creating action plans and financial analysis – including cost planning, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation.
The Experience:

7-10+ years of complex project management experience at large service delivery companies with large accounts ($5+ million).
MBA or Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CPMP, etc).
Deep business acumen and financial skills.
Outstanding verbal and written English language skills.
