Job Description

To respond and follow-up quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales/trade inquiries, vide various modes of available communication.
Manage order cycle to insure timely and accurate processing per Sales Rep / Customer.
Communicate internally and externally any sales related activities viz…product specs, product pricing, new product information, discontinued items etc.
Efficient internal sales and customer records management.
Assist with any internal sales events and marketing, as needed.
Support Customer Care phone queue.
Responding to and co-coordinating all internal sales meeting requests.
Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work within the department.
Up-keep of a client & agents database – updating where necessary to allow effective reach.
Maintain Customer Accounts timely and accurately with the most current information
To encourage repeat business by networking with clients.
Assisting in implementing any other deemed fit sales-action plans as set by the Line manager.
