Welder – Kitengela

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Designing, fabricating, joining and repairing equipment, fixtures and structures by using various welding techniques.
His responsibilities will include

Operating drill presses, power saws, grinders and a variety and a variety of welding equipment and hand tools
Analyzes plans, drawings, work samples, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequences of welding assignments. Estimate material and labour
Recommends supplies and materials to be ordered Skills in fabrication, joining and repairs of a variety of metal objects, equipment, fixtures and structures

Qualifications

Government Trade Test(I) in welding Knowledge of welding techniques, (Oxygen-acetylene, electric arc, and TIG), tools and equipment
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Hands on Form Four level of education with a pass in KCSE
Be over 35 years of age
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a team with a minimum supervision
Residing in Kitengela or its environs.
