Job Purpose
Ensures that the Product & Process quality is built & maintained in their design to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers
Principal Accountabilities
Ensure that all offer requirements are well taken in account in the product / Architecture / process Design, and provide all means to get them protected in PEP
Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness and Quality targets (ex: QFD3, QFD4 transfer function, scorecards, FMEA, DOE, DMAIC…), at each level needed: system, product, process, means, critical component
Closely and actively cooperate with the Design Leader / Industrialization Project Leader
Be the Product / Process Design referent and ensure the right understanding and usage of =S design / Industrialization methods and tools (PMP, BLMP, SSQM, MCSV, IPDA, SPS…)
Contribute to the Project Quality Plan definition and ensure his portion of execution
Manage transition plans when development tools evolution (planning, training, coaching)
Make the synthesis on lessons learned on development processes
Analyze the risk in Product / Process Design and manage their mitigation plan, to support Project risk management activities
Role Requirement
BSc electrical engineering
5 years of practical experience in executing automation projects
Excellent knowledge of PLCs and programming
Excellent knowledge of industrial communication networks
Excellent knowledge of SCADA programming
Hands on experience in control panels and troubleshooting.
Experience in AutoCAD
Ability to ensure that the offer/product/process/ services are robust and fully compliant with customers’ needs and business constraints, thanks to the usage of the right methods and tools, from the offer’s definition to the project’s closure.
Customer focused with good presentation skills
