Logistics Officer

Job Description
The Logistics Officer will be required to monitor stock-levels and usage of system parts. This person will be accountable for stock allocation and reconciliation. What you would be doing with Installations, Maintenance and Repair (IMR)

Ensure IMR schedules are conducted in a timely and effective manner
Coordinate with business development officer to develop a robust IMR schedule
Coordinate with installation technicians to ensure schedule remains intact and IMRs are completed successfully
Coordinate with F&A Officer to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
Coordinate with customers to make sure schedules and customer details are accurate
Keep track and document ALL IMR activities in Salesforce
Stay within budget: building and executing weekly budgets to implement IMR activities

Requirements:

University Degree in related field: Business Administration, Logistics, Water/Environment Management, or other comparable field
Minimum 3 years work experience, working in the capacity of officer or coordinator
Strong written and spoken command of English and Swahili
National candidates only
Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Functioning knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
