Job Description
In order to meet a changing and ever more challenging consultancy market in Sweden, we need to expand our recruitment and sales capacity with a self-motivated colleague that possess both drive, excellent people skills and the ability to close a deal. You will be based in Kenya and work with head hunting on the whole African continent. You will have daily contact with your colleagues in Lund (Sweden), Nairobi (Kenya), Davao (Philippines) and Kiev (Ukraine). Your responsibility will range from finding and head hunting the right candidate matching a customer request, verifying the integrity of the provided CV and presenting your candidate to the customer via email or a web portal. We need a service minded person who has an eye for details and interest in learning new technologies. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a sales and recruitment team in Nairobi, Kiev and Davao as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to relocation to Sweden for our consultants (i.e visas, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, etc). You will be part of an efficient machinery with great potential, and both a challenging and cooperative work atmosphere within the team.

Experience from recruitment / headhunting.
At least basic IT knowledge.
Self-confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Impeccable language skills, in particular written English.
Good knowledge of Google apps is highly wanted.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Start: ASAP, or when your current obligations allows. Interviews will be held in Nairobi and Mombasa in April, 2018
Extent & Duration: Office work. Full time as freelancer. Long term contract (minimum 12 months). Eight hours efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
Economy: Monthly salary plus very substantial bonuses for closed cases. 20 working days paid vacation per year. Free Swedish national holidays, with maintained payment. Paid travels, housing and per diem when traveling. State your expected salary in your application.
