The Business Controller role is very critical to the organization, both locally and regionally. The Business Controller must first understand the business and seek to elicit, uncover, and define its organizational goals. The role additionally requires an identification of the specific tactical steps the business must take to meet these goals. Finally, the Business Controller has to transfer the gathered knowledge about the business needs to those in a position to craft a solution. When the project is finished, the business controller evaluates the extent to which the solution has met its target business goals.

Qualifications
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a bias in Finance/Accounting
Adequate experience in reputable firm or in Controlling /Finance department of another international company Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes
Advanced level of Excel knowledge is required, quick & well adaptable to new software is expected.(Experience in SAP or similar ERP implementation is a plus)
All applicants must be fluent both written and spoken in English and proficient in MS Office Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize qualitative data.
