Job Description
We are looking for a talented and well-connected Independent Sales person to sell high-quality and affordable real estate products. This is a commission-only position with no cap on your potential earnings. We will provide you with product training and full support.
You will develop leads and sales through your contacts and by actively contacting new leads. Physical visits to land project sites is a key component of our sales process. It is important that you build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
We have a simple sales process for you to follow and will train you in it. We will provide you PowerPoint and print presentations. Other relevant materials such as offer letters and subdivision maps will be provided.

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales standards.
Professional demeanor and selling style.
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, account development, and time management.
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
At least 1 year of direct work experience in an external sales capacity.
At least a diploma in a relevant field college.
Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.
