Role Overview
We are hiring a Partnerships Representative in Kenya to join our fast growing team. This position reports directly to the local Team Leader and CEO.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize the existing customer portfolio
Acquire new customers through prospecting actions [phone, email, meetings etc]
Define, propose and lead the execution of the commercial strategy in order to develop business
Work with Operations and various support departments to provide appropriate solutions to customers
Connect with customer to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Explore partnerships with service providers of interest to the company
Carry out regular market surveys and feedback sessions
Prepare daily KPIs for regular reporting
Promote the company in the market during promotion operations
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in Kenya
Researching, contacting, and following-up with institutions [both small and large]
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working with both local and international remote teams
Strong organizational and computer skills
Very comfortable using software to conduct work processes
Results-oriented and keen to solve problems
Prefer previous experience working with startups or in the education industry
