Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who will develop solutions for our challenges:

How to bring our app to children in need?
How to make sure that they learn when they play?
How to engage their teachers into the project?
How to scale globally…

WHAT WE DO AND WHY
We believe that all children should be given the chance to reach their full intellectual potential. For that, they need a proper foundation early on. It is our mission to help them acquire foundational skills before they start school. Our solution enables them to learn by themselves, without the help of adults, on an app that works globally, even on the cheapest devices.
We are currently testing our EIDU app in the toughest conditions we could find: with more than 3,500 children in two of the largest urban slums in Africa, located in Nairobi, Kenya. We collect usage data from all players, and so have a vast, rich dataset of learner performance over time.
If you would like to know more, see the TEDx talk about EIDU at www.eidu.com

Work in a result-oriented way to increase the core KPIs of EIDU like teacher engagement.
Use qualitative and quantitative methods to understand our users and how they use our products.
Help the team that implements your stories to understand the problem, compare and contrast opportunities and select among possible solutions.
Coach and nurture those of your colleagues who want to move towards a product management role.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

Management of end-to-end product development of one or more successful, preferably consumer-focused, digital app products or features.
