Job Purpose

We’re building the leading mobile money marketplace for consumers, merchants and mobile network operators. Delivery of the various microservices that make up the JUMO platform as well as the products served over the platform itself.
Responsibilities
Partner integrations, namely Mobile Network Operators and Financial Service Providers.
Through analysis with internal and external stakeholders, provide business requirements documentation, then work with agile delivery teams in delivering the required solution.
Produce Product Specifications utlising research from partner channels, data science and customer intelligence teams.
Produce Epic and Feature stories for developers, and then carry out UAT and provide operational documentation on delivery.
When required, travel with project team into various countries to integrate Jumo with partners

Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (essential)
Business analysis / product owner / project management diploma or certificates is highly desirable
Tech qualifications (development, hardware etc.) is highly desirable
Experience
Minimum 3 years as a product owner or business analyst responsible for delivering new solutions.
Minimum 7+ yrs work experience in a related field.
Track record in building financial products or solutions from inception
Modelling and UX tools, any programming languages.
