Customer Relationship Sales Executive

Responsibilities for the Customer Relationship Sales Executive Job
You will be required to act as the focal point and key liaison between the office and the clients.
You will advice and support both the customers and the drivers throughout the entire sales and transport process (initial sale, through to after-sales) demonstrating ownership and personal responsibility for the customer’s experience.
Manage all administration tasks, including logistics and delivery requests processed over the phone and email in real-¬time.
Plan sales activities including how to meet prospective clients and convince them to sign up for the services.
Explain product/service benefits to clients.
Up-sell, cross-sell, identify and develop new business from prospective and existing customers
Develop and send professional emails to clients and correspond with client on their requests.
Close sales processes and ensure that you meet set Sales targets.
Prepare proposals including contracts and conduct pitches to clients.
Build the client pipeline, plan client meetings and attend them.
Report on sales activities and results including, ensuring that collections of outstanding bills are made on time.
Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications for the Customer Relationship Sales Executive Job
Relevant Diploma or Degree.
Aged between 26- 30 years ( lady preferred)
Must have excellent selling skills and a good sales record.
High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Should be very firm and able to work well within a diverse team.
Must be confident and capable of working in a busy demanding office.
Proactive with proven ability to multi­task.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills.
Should be flexible in terms of availability and time
