Sales Representative

Sales Job Responsibilities
Acquiring new and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networking.
Developing new sales opportunities with existing customers.
Displaying or demonstrating product using samples, marketing tools, and catalogs.
Quoting prices and preparing sales contracts for orders obtained.
“Get the sale” using various sales methods, and product demonstration events.
Advises clients on product that best suits their needs by referring to price lists and product literature.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Maintain and expand client database.
Supply management with feedback and reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Qualifications for the Sales Job
Proven sales experience. Minimum period 2 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration- Sales and Marketing.
General knowledge of Hotel Industry.
History of establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
Track record of achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Familiarity with different sales techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven.
Computer literacy.
Have a passion for retail
