Human Resource Manager

Job Objective: To organise and manage the overall provision of Human Resource by designing performance incentives to boost employee morale thereby increasing efficiency and accountability within the entire diocese for sustained growth.
Qualifications Required: 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Experience Required
At least three years hands on experience and demonstrate ability to manage human resource.
Prior experience of working in a similar role is preferable.
