Talent Development Manager

Detailed Responsibilities:
People Management and development
Have a basic understanding of human resources strategy, principles and functions
Understand and implement adult learning theory and techniques, employee development trends, technology-based training methods and best practices for encouraging employee participation in the development process
Form collaborative relationships with Human Resources leaders and business partners in order to execute talent strategies and efforts
Systems and critical thinking
Design, lead and implement a differentiated professional development program for staff across the organization
Identify and develop company-wide initiatives that focus employee development toward achievement of both business and personal career goals
Conduct training needs assessment, recommending and implementing programs to support key skill areas
Support the training needs of divisions and departments in Nova Pioneers
Leadership and Communication
Excellent communication skills both in one-on-one settings and large audiences
Liaise with departmental and school leaders regarding training and employee development and performance management
Provide coaching and support to key leaders in the creation of development plans that meet succession and development needs
