Brand Manager

About the Position:
 Your role as a Brand Manager – New Holland & Nardi would be to develop and deliver a CMC Kenya -wide sales strategy that achieves Al Futtaim Group and Principal objectives relating to market share, sales volumes, margins, CSI measurements, associate performance and engagement, brand image and reputation and stock management
Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:
Drive and achievement of agreed sales and performance KPI targets (focus on Volume, Margin, and ultimately income growth) of the division. This also includes the on- going performance management of the team based on agreed KPI metrics and performance levels, HR issues and Appraisals
Create the Agriculture sales forecasts by estimating total tractors sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for new Tractor sales. Ensure that the Division is adequately supplied with Agriculture Implements at all times by regularly meeting with sales Executives to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer complaints and implementing standards for displaying and merchandising new Tractors as well as all promotions.
Issue Avoidance Measures and Resolution as required
Prepare budgets and approve expenditures
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
Analyze sales statistics
Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
Assign sales territories and set sales quotas
Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
Experience:
Minimum 10 years automotive sales management experience
Preferable knowledge of East African automotive markets
Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent in management, sales, marketing or other relevant discipline.
