Sales Executive Job Responsibilities
Take time to fully understand product/service
Understand market segment in detail
Plan sales activities
Meet prospective clients and convince them to buy products
Explain product benefits to clients/customers
Send out emails to clients and correspond with client
Close sales processes
Meet set Sales targets
Prepare proposals
Prepare and conduct pitches to clients
Build a client pipeline
Plan client meetings and attend them
Offer excellent customer service
Advise the other teams on important trends and client feedback
Report on sales activities and results
Liaise between office and client
Carry out product and market research
Involved in some Marketing activities
Responsible for collections
Act as brand ambassador
