Operations Assistant Job Responsibilities
Ensuring proper and smooth day to day running of all operations
Handling of employees disciplinary matters and grievances in the absence of the Managing Director
Coordination and supervision of all administrative issues touching on management of logistics including data and maintenance of records to ensure they are updated and in a form for purposes of effective management information systems.
Ensure consistent and accurate receivables tracking, and provide updates for weekly meeting
Ensure consistent complaint reporting through active communication with field and updates
Ensure complaints are attended to within 48 hours to the satisfaction of the customer
Continually review the availability of marketing literature, and sales tools and indent as required
Report necessary sales, collections, on timely basis
Qualifications for the Operations Assistant Job
At least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Experience working with office procedures, systems and equipment.
Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and under pressure.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good problem solving skills
