Delivery Person / Rider for 360 Degrees Artisan Pizza Catering Unit. Making deliveries of 360 Degrees Artisan Pizza items to Corporates and Customers.
Responsibilities for the Rider Job
Making deliveries of items from the 360 Degrees Artisan Pizza Catering Menu in a defined time limit, in good order, and without damaging any of the carried items.
Interacting with customers during deliveries, setting up platters/ plates as per customer commitment.
Collecting payments from customers and issuing receipts.
Delivering payments back to Catering unit along with accounts, signed DO’s, receipts. Etc.
Maintaining ones appearances and hygiene.
Maintaining the delivery vehicles to ensure good running order.
Qualifications for the Rider Job
Valid driver’s license for Motorcycle / 3 wheeler.
At least 5 years’ experience in similar role for another company.
Customer service skills
Hygiene / cleanliness
Physically able to carry goods and go up / down stairs
Responsible and able to look after money.
Minimum KCSE grade C+
