Responsibilities for the Process and Operations Engineer Job
Managing production and logistics of the factory
Maintaining inventory levels and control flow of products in the factory
Ensuring optimum productivity through efficiency of processes;
Providing guidance in the implementation of the companies strategic plan in the technical and production area;
Implementation of waste management and clean air policy.
Developing policies, standards and procedures for the factory
Encourage commitment to the shared vision and values of the policy and objectives of the company;
Requirements for the Process and Operations Engineer Job
Bachelors of Engineering in Industrial Engineering
At least 2 years experience in operations of a factory
Be a Registered Engineer
Knowledge of project management shall be an added advantage
Knowledge in electronics engineering will be an added advantage.
Experience in Team Management;
Have proven problem solving skills
Have proven management and supervisory skills
Good decision making ability, leadership skill and conflict management skills
Good communication and writing skills
