Reporting to the Management Committee/Board, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the profitability and diversity of the Dairy business and bring year on year incremental revenues from milk collection whilst ensuring effective and efficient dairy management controls are developed and adhered to.
Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Agriculture or related field
Post graduate or professional diploma in Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage
A Minimum of five (5) years post experience
Experience in dairy management preferably in a milk production set up
Must have ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate assigned goals
Should be an effective communicator with the ability to handle both internal and external communication
Should have effective people management and conflict resolution skills
