Key Qualifications and Personal Qualities At least Post Graduate qualifications in communications/media or video production
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and other Video editing software is a plus
At least three years’ experience in multiple shooting techniques and post-production workflows
Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Organizational skills that allow you to handle simultaneous projects with ease
A clear understanding of emerging industry practices, trends, and creative influencer
Skilled at multitasking, delivering under tight timelines, and adapting quickly to changes
Comfortable working across a range of stakeholders
Able to work under minimum supervision
A good knowledge of social teachings of the Church, and Ethical principles
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a variety of video cameras and video editing equipment including computers and relevant systems and software
Lead technical and non-technical staff to organize and implement video-shooting projects for different clients and audiences
Adapt video products to fit needs of clients and target audience; explain various principles of videos to clients
Develop and optimize workflow techniques to manage complex video projects effectively and efficiently
Communicate effectively with individuals and groups
Write and speak clearly, concisely and effectively
Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Research and remain current on the developments and applications of state of the art video production technology
Fundraise, allocate and control the budget and resources
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws for the team supervise the progress of different video projects from conception, to production to post production
