Sales Job Key Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure timely delivery of company products and collection of empty crates
Ensure daily comprehensive sales route coverage and provide market intelligence report
Ensure full collection of sales proceeds per company policy
Ensure pricing of products is done uniformly in the outlets and as per policy
Ensure the set targets are met for the specific sales routes daily
Prepare daily sales reconciliations
Prospect for new customers and markets and grow sales
Ensure timely negotiation of customers’ orders and processing of the said sales orders
Requirements for the Sales Job
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Management from a recognized institution
A minimum of KCSE C-
1 year’s work experience with a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company
Computer Literate
Ability to work well under pressure on odd hours and meet deadlines
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to reconcile sales transactions
Enthusiastic and with high level of integrity.
