Responsibilities for the Corporate Training Sales Job
Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, the Corporate Training Sales / Account Manager will be responsible for:
Responsible for customer recruitment through smart sales tactical plans and minimizingattrition rates for the key Corporate/training lines of the business
iPrepare training pre-qualifications/quotations to pitch for business-follow up to successfulclosure
Carry out timely Industry, Market, consumer and Products reviews and recommend newtactical design for training sales and promotional campaigns.
Implement best practice in Sales, Marketing for key programs/services based on quantified /qualified corporate client needs and industry trends.
Ensure excellent execution of marketing strategy deliverables to attain key dashboard metricse.g. Customer portfolio growth, Net Revenue, Customer satisfaction index etc
Monitor competitor’s program introduction, promotional activities and tariffs on all trainingprograms/service categories, and consolidate learning’s from the various Portfolio
Building and maintaining very close client rapport and visibility
Qualifications for the Corporate Training Sales Job
Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3years’ experience as a Sales Executive in Training / Education Industry
Demonstrate experience in sales to institutions / corporate
Provide Verifiable recommendations / references
