Pre-Sales Lead-Ethiopia

Job Purpose & Scope:
Responsible for ensuring technical pre-sales activities, Solution architecting, designs, technical quality assurance, project Planning ,execution and the technical support of Technology Infrastructure opportunities is done with the right quality time and budget to enable Sales team meet its set objectives.
Responsibilities
Technical Customer engagement to map out right fit solution working closely and supporting the key sales teams.
Provide technical Solution Architecture development.
Ensure quality assurance of all technical proposals.
Identify risks for successful implementation and advice the business.
Offer first Level support to new and existing clients as per the agreed service lease agreement (SLA).
Liaise regularly with Seven seas head office on regular company updates and compliance with set policies, procedures and standard set operating guidelines as set in employee handbook.
Liaise with the technical teams to install all equipment as per set guidelines & standards.
Ensure that all site planning and preparation checklists are done in compliance with set standards/ Guidelines.
