Digital Marketing & Social Media Internships Responsibilities
Report directly to the Marketing Manager on new developments or updates on clientele feedback.
Identify, manage and maintain an active presence through regular communications on social media
Set up a digital communication plan for your tasks and any incoming calls of clients or inquiries.
Ensure that the clients inquiry list is update in a timely manner and follow ups are done by all .
Create quality content for social media pages.
Be able to communicate with prospective clients in brief and inform them about services being provided in the company.
Research on client history before making a cold call/pitch.
Follow up and communicate with new/existing clients ‘
Set sales targets for the team and keep tabs on them to ensure that they are all met. The targets to be forwarded to the directors on email.
Set up meetings with clients you have contacted and prepare a good sales pitch.
Bring forward/suggest NEW communication & marketing ideas that you feel may work for the sales team.
Give a report on sales strategies implemented in a given month(what worked & what did not). The report is to be discussed in the monthly sales meeting which will be held on last Friday of the month.
Respond to all client emails that seek your attention.
Any other delegated responsibility.
Requirements for the Digital Marketing & Social Media Internships
A Graduate in the field of marketing and sales or any other relevant degree.
A minimum of 3 years working experience in a marketing/advertising company.
Must have experience on social media and must have run a digital marketing campaign.
