Study the existing business process and design current business flow diagrams.
Design the business process and set up the rules, regulations and standards.
System integration testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing.
Prepare System Documentation on settings done by the consultant.
Prepare User Manuals and Conduct End User Training.
Provide update of the status of the project to the leader or project manager.
Provide Support on the delivered system.
Interacting with the end users, other consultants, implementing team members, project manager, core team members and technical consultant.

Good communication skills to be able to communicate and interact with all of them. Good writing skills should be present to be able to generate reports, documents and mails. Convincing capabilities is must as the consultant is required to explain and convince the customer.

Qualifications for the Implementation & Support Consultant Job
Bachelor of Finance, CPA or ACCA or Finance qualification from a well-recognized institution.
Three years’ work experience in a similar environment Software implementation and relevant certifications.
A passion for computing and software and engaging learning experiences, as well as desire to make a difference in a highly productive environment.
Technical skills and database skills with a good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Knowledge of enterprise software, business processes and software industry and experience in retail, distribution, hospitality and mobility solutions.
Good understanding of financial accounting procedures and financial principles.
Relevant product certification is an added advantage.
