Primary Responsibilities: -Providing warm welcome to arriving guest and give the information about the facilities and surrounding to the guest. -Greet and seat all guests dining in the restaurant -Provide information and serve food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of restaurant service with emphasis on speed and accuracy. -Escort the guest to their restaurant and conduct brief orientation of the restaurant. -Assisting all guests with their inquiries. -Responsibility to collect guest feedback during their dining experience. -Keep the Manager updated on the reservation, guest satisfaction and special request.
Job Requirements
Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree.
Fresh graduate is welcome. Minimum of 1 year in F&B Service experience ispreferred.
Candidate must be handson.
Have good English communication and interpersonal skills and pleasantpersonality
Should be a Thai national.
