Balance Sheet

Cash Flow Statement
Preparation and Reporting of Monthly Consolidated financials as per Accounting standards
Preparation of quarterly financials as per Business requirement
Consolidation
Support consolidated accounts of the group, details of the adjustments and reclassifications consolidation.
Assist with all month-end closing.
Review of Accounting policies and standards
XBRL preparation and co-ordination for uploading in ROC site
Preparation and audit of APR to be filed with RBI for foreign investments
Key point for Handling External and Internal auditor
