Job Description:
• Responsible for developing and executing strategy for Retail / wholesale vertical ensuring attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Driving the Retail / Wholesale vertical, contributing to continuous growing Top-Line with positive healthy EBITDA. • Translating Company Goals into targets for the Vertical and Regions. • KPI Setting for direct reportees as per business plans for expansion, while ensuring achievement of vertical/ Zonal Sales/ Regional Sales • Manpower Planning for growth. • Build Sales-force Capability through internal and external trainings on best sales practices. • Developing Sales Processes for organization to achieve Operational Excellence. • Executing continuous business development with existing customers. • Ensuring business growth through adding new customers every month for continuous growth of existing markets. • Identify and initiate development of action plans to penetrate new markets • Coordinating with Marketing, merchandising, product development, MIS, Accounts, Logistics, Production planning for best service to partners & customers • Establishes productive, professional relationships with Customers. • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Key Skills:
• Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & BTL activities. • Steering S&D KPIs e.g. Outlet index / productivity score / sales processes. • Monitoring & controlling distributor ROI, subsidy and incentives budget. • Tracking competition / devising scheme strategy across nation / monitoring monthly payout on sales promotions. • Facilitating monthly retail sales forecast as per regional, country sales targets. • Responsible for overall management of merchandise in retail stores, shop in shops, franchisees for best customer service. • Responsible for recruiting, developing sales professionals to meeting key accounts sales goals
