Project Manager

Detailed Responsibilities:
Project planning and coordination
Manage 3-5 projects at a time
Create effective work plans for projects with multiple stakeholders
Keep tabs on the progress and status of projects
Control the scope and budget of projects to ensure projects don’t go over budget and all the activities in the scope are successfully completed
Schedule and chair project coordination meetings
Identify risk areas in a project, propose solutions and escalate risks as necessary
Communication
Clearly communicate the expectations for all project teams
Keep all parties both internal and external up to date on the progress as needed
Clearly communicate on changes in scope, budget and any risk areas to the affected parties
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between different project teams and partners
Manage expectations by communicating changes, challenges, delays and constraints
Define appropriate project status check points for different stakeholders
Experienced in creating work plans
Strong communicator with ability to simplify information from different teams to formats that are easy to understand
Proven experience in managing indirect and multi- functional teams
Motivated by providing solutions to the least served members of the society
