Lead the integration of all purchasing activities by getting full transparency on the spend, supply base, sourcing strategies, contracts and terms & conditions
Develop the entire purchasing organization, focused but not limited to people, processes, systems and standards. This comprises the leadership of activities jointly developed with Global/Regional purchasing teams
Identify and implement the synergy potential in regards to the addressed spend via volume bundling and price effects
Interact with cross functional teams for implementing various sourcing initiatives such as spend mapping, supplier segmentation, supplier performance matrix, alternate vendor development & exploration of saving opportunities
Identify and develop vendors through continuous supplier performance monitoring
Handle all Direct and Indirect sourcing activities on a local level
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any relevant field, Master’s degree is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG in the purchasing department
Fluency in English
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
