Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and working closely with Business Unit Leads, the primary roles of the Marketing Associate are:
Marketing: developing annual marketing plans for the company brand and the business units; conducting market research; developing and evaluating marketing strategy; and implementing measurement criteria for marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing: coordinating the execution of digital e-commerce content and campaigns; supporting with analytics of marketing, site development efforts and asset trafficking; leading digital marketing program planning; strategizing with social media/digital partners; and developing new programs/content to grow the company’s online presence.
Corporate Communications: developing internal and external corporate communication strategies; building relations with key stakeholders, media channels and communication networks; researching, writing and editing thought-leadership articles; designing, producing and editing promotional and communication materials; and writing support content for the organization’s digital assets.
Client Experience: enhancing client engagement through excellent event management; sustaining rapport with clients through periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities; managing the company’s event schedule and its marketing; designing and implementing a reward and recognition scheme for clients/customers; and managing client giveaways and promotional materials.
