Knowledge, Expertise and Experience
Essential
Undergraduate degree or its equivalent in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration (with a major in Finance) or similar quantitative disciplines.
Professional qualification in Finance or Risk Management e.g. CPA, CFA, FRICS
Experience with financial analysis and reporting
Minimum 3 years in Financial/ Credit Risk Management related areas.
Experience with statistical tools and other office automation tools
Awareness of Barclays Retail Group Credit Policies, Collection Policy and collection strategy
Detailed working knowledge of the bank’s operational environment, processes and procedures
Ability to work under great pressure to meet changing time deadlines
Detailed working knowledge of the bank’s mobile lending systems
Exceptional time management skills
Detailed understanding of the bank’s Performance Management model
