Institute Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities
Market CFSK Institute’s products and services
Organise trainings for CFSK Institute students
Recruit and register new institutions into the CFSK Institute’s examination programme
Manage a sales team to ensure they meet monthly targets
Develop new product offerings for the CFSK Institute
Manage and run the CFSK Institute examination and certification process
Digitize the CFSK Institute examination materials
Manage and supervise staff in the department
Create work-plans and budgets for the section
Oversee the management of examinations: analyze examination results, moderate marks, print results slips, certificates and giving assessment to schools’ management for further action
Qualifications for the Institute Manager Job
A university degree holder from a reputable institution
At least 2 (two) years’ experience working in an educational institution
Experience in managing the examination process
Experience in marketing and selling education products/services

Excellent communication and inter personal skills
Fluent in written and verbal English and Swahili languages
Able to creatively package marketing material to target CFSK Institute clients
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Able to manage a team
