Qualifications and Experience
Higher diploma in Human Resource Management
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in business studies and a legal background would be an added advantage
5 years’ experience in a Human Resource Department
Must be a member of IHRM with a practicing certificate
Good understanding of the Labour Laws
Knowledge of Human Resource Information System
Experience in Industrial Relations
Knowledge in Quality. Health, Safety. Security & Environment
Must be Computer literate
Must have good communication and organization skills
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the Company’s goals.
Review and manage effective recruitment strategies
Assist in administration of HR Policies, addressing of staff grievances and handling of disciplinary issues
Develop and implement sustainable training and development plans
Manage payroll and related statutory compliance matters
Maintain and compile HR reports and employee data
Oversee the entire administration function, including office security, office equipment & facilities and office supplies
Develop a list of prequalified suppliers of goods and services
Prepare Human Resource and Administration budget
