Responsibilities for the Billing Clerk Job
Issue invoices to customers Keying Sales orders in the system(SAP)
Issuing credit notes for customers
Following up on sales orders form sales department for billing
Reconciling sales Men’s accounts from all deliveries
Issuing invoices for customers and handing over to dispatch department for delivery.
Qualifications for the Billing Clerk Job
2+ years of general accounting experience in a busy FMCG setup.
Must be detail oriented.
The desired candidates should have a diploma in accounting or CPA section 1 and 2.
The candidates must be willing and ready to work on either shift day or night and any other duties assigned to them by the supervisor.
Must also have worked with any accounting system software, Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
