Assistant Project Engineer Job Duties and Responsibilities
Hands on experience in maintenance, installation, service and repair of various electrical equipment, motors, control panels, ATS etc.
Ensuring that spares or materials lists are available and ready for work assigned including the needed tools to carry out the service.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical application for high and low voltage electric system
Skills in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.
Knowledge of boilers, compressors and maintenance utilities.
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Mechanical knowledge should be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualifications for the Assistant Project Engineer Job
Diploma KNEC /City & Guild or equivalent qualification in electrical /electronic/mechanical engineering
Progressive responsibility with 2 years electrical/Mechanical experience
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Health and Safety and Housekeeping procedures.
