Human Resource Officer

The Human Resource Officer will: Be responsible for building deep client relationship with assigned managers across different business units
Provide the single point of integration on all HR related topics & issues.
Leads cross-function business unit initiatives, leveraging the entire HR community, the functional HR teams, the Integrated Services Team (IST).
Takes the lead on enabling people managers through effective consulting in assigned BU
Build the Team capability and ensure that they develop the required skills to align with the HR Strategy.
Provide advice & counsel to managers on various HR programs and policies such as performance management, Diversity, Climate Manager Effectiveness, Coaching, Learning, etc., that helps our clients drive to achieve business goals through efficient and effective use of the employees skills and abilities.
Pro-actively engage with extended HR team and IST to drive all HR programmes and processes in line with the HR model.
Takes projects as required – involved in work beyond HRP remit.
At times be required to provide backup for other HR team members and the HR leader
Key requirement is the person MUST be a member of IHRM.
At least 2 years experience in applying HR (Human Resources) Generalist/Partner knowledge including experience in a multinational, corporate environment
(Alternatively for HR professionals with MBA, 2 years HR generalist/partner experience is sufficient)At least 2 years experience in Implementing HR Programs, Policies & Strategies
At least 2 years experience working and consulting with Senior Executives
English language: Fluent
