About the Position:
The primary responsibilities will involve contracting and marketing CarePay services to healthcare providers and specialists. In addition, this role will have responsibility to coordinate, implement, execute and ensuring completion of specific projects as a member of the CarePay operations team.
Qualifications of the Provider Manager:
A university bachelor’s degree in nursing, doctor or other healthcare related field.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
Strong understanding of private and public outpatient healthcare delivery
Have strong commercial acumen
At least 4-5 or more years of project management and/or project implementation experience in Healthcare.
Proven experience in health insurance and private healthcare
Familiarity with health care delivery in general in Kenya
Working Knowledge of Project Management processes, tools and methodologies
An understanding of hospital procedures, standard working practices, structure and politics.
Client relations experience and well networked within the Medical Fraternity.
An understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues
