HR assistant and accounting clerk

Main responsibility is to assist the Office Manager in administrative and other tasks, in following areas:
HR activities such as: keeping employee records, establishing employment contracts, following working time of all employees, participates to payroll activity (payroll calculation, NSSF & NHIF return) and collaborates with accounting company,
Training of our staff : organization & follow up of onboarding training, Health & Safety training and all other required sessions.
Assistance in all administrative tasks, such as documents writing, ordering, filing and archiving.
Booking as per IFRS rules
In case of absence of the Office Manager, the Administrative employee should be able to take over some of her missions such as : documentation for seed import and export, support in local purchases…
PROFILE :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required or at least 2 years’ experience in administration.
Experience and knowledge of a similar position (NSSH & NHIF return mandatory).
Operational knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Good computer skills.
Must be proficient in both oral and written English and Kiswahili.
Must be proactive.
Should be a team player.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA
 
Mininum level of education required : High school diploma
Specific expertise : Accountancy, Secretarial Studies, Finance, HR
Minimum level of experience required : 3 years or more
