Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the position holder will, among other duties, be responsible for:
Analysis of competitor activities by monitoring all activities of interest and benefit to the marketing function. These include monitoring competitors’ performance in terms of business performance , marketing strategies, expansion and growth and new entrants
Meeting quarterly sales targets as will be agreed upon with the line manager
Device and implement strategies for growth of the Zetech Digital School including outdoor marketing.
Receiving and collecting market intelligence to identify new/potential market and product opportunities and assess demand, University’s brand positioning and awareness.
Strategic consistent and aggressive placement and replenishment of advertisement material
Participating in new business meetings and delivering sales presentation in polished professional manner that portrays the best of the University
Co-ordination of and representation in events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions that will promote the awareness of the University and its credentials, by ensuring availability of all the necessary resources in the events for purposes of sales and marketing
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the marketing executives
Monitoring the University’s outdoor marketing platforms to ensure proper maintenance and advice on any corrective action or necessary reaction to competitor actions.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience A Bachelors degree in a business related field from a recognized university. A qualification in marketing or professional membership to a marketing body is an added advantage.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position with a proven record. Previous experience in marketing of e-learning or related learning platforms is an added advantage.
Must possess a valid driving license with at least 2 years driving experience
Must be an energetic, self driven individual with the ability to go the extra mile
Ability to establish and maintain networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work outside of normal business hours with frequent travel
