Job Responsibilities
In liaison with the Chief Marketing Officer develop and execute an effective marketing strategy
Prepare, manage and monitor short term and long term marketing budget
Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders such as media, suppliers, customers
Coordinate activations and product launch events, evaluate all activations and marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of set objectives
Coordinate the production and distribution of all marketing merchandize
Drive the performance of the marketing team through guidance, motivation and performance management
Carry out market and intelligence surveys and report accordingly
Coordinate and provide guidance on the development and execution of all activities and campaigns geared towards brand strength and
endearment across all platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field
Post graduate marketing qualification
Member of a marketing professional body
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
MS office, SEO, Social media management
Highly flexible
