Responding to customer support queries worldwide through company selling channel, social media sites and email
Taking responsibility for all received queries
Troubleshooting all queries using a logical approach
Providing customers with product knowledge and prices where required
Recognising any issues and alerting the line manager
Should be fluent in speaking English
The right Online Customer Service Intern will have:
Some technical or IT based qualification; A diploma or Degree
Previous experience providing online customer service is an added advantage though not mandatory (Training shall be done)
Basic computer knowledge; MS Office
In-depth knowledge of Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox
Experience of MS Outlook
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Keen to details and a good problem solver
