Job description
You will assist our Head of the office in daily work:
Managing diaries and planning
Appropriate contact with Head Quarter people in France
Day to day secretarial duties (letters, mailing and phone calls)
Contacts with our clients and partners
Organizing business trips
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel charts
Analysis of activity and sales
You should have:
Previous experience in a similar position in an international Company
An excellent command of written and spoken English
Additional knowledge of French will be an asset
Main Office Software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
