Key responsibilities
Represent the company and build productive long-lasting relationships with the customers
Perform all types of research, including desk research and outdoor research
Become a subject matter on our business products, processes, operations and remain up to date with on industry trends
Collaborate with sales team in processing and finalizing of purchase orders
Perform all other sales related services as requested
Contact clients via telephone, email, whats-app and other agreed upon means

Intermediate computer skills – Word, Excel

Good at information seeking and handling
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills both verbal and written and being able to cold call clients with confidence
Previous experience as a business developer
