The Auto Service Center Manager will run our service centers to profitability and maintain the same.
Essential Functions
Send Daily Sales Report to Top Management
Control and Co-ordinate workshop activities
Weekly marketing strategy formulation to be shared with Digital Team
Drawing work schedules
Excellent customer service
Ensuring general cleanliness and tidiness of workshop
Checking actual performance against standards
Ensuring quality control on all jobs done in the workshop
Approving all the estimates and quotations
Ensure standards and procedures are being followed by the team
Utilizing effectively the weekly sales funnel to follow up on the sales
Ensure Company revenue target is achieved
In Liaison with HR ensure the right department staff is recruited
Conduct monthly workshop staff perfomance appraisals
Plan Monthly training for Staff with a calendar of the same
Proper allocation of jobs to various technicians
Draft procurement, marketing, workshop, technical policies
Draft Safety Policies and have them shown around the workshop
Ensuring workshop discipline is maintained
Ensuring flow of operations between branches
Assisting with technical problems when the need arises
Qualifications
Higher National Diploma in Automotive Engineering
At Least minimum 5 Years working in the auto industry at management level
