Cook ICT Programmers Graphic Designer Waiters Debt Collectors Control Clerks Assistant Records Management

The Cook will be responsible to the Executive Chef.
Responsibilities

Prepare recipes and provide guide on methods of cooking;
Food preparation and presentation;
Assist in Mis-en-place; and
Ensure that all sections in the kitchen are organized and clean.

Qualifications

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C-(minus);
A Diploma in food production from a recognized institution;
A Food handlers certificate from the city council of Nairobi; and
Relevant working experience
