Job description
Role and Responsibilities

Reports to his/her direct supervisor (COO or Co-CEO) on the performance of the operation by submitting weekly and monthly management reports
Heads the weekly operation’s management meeting
Coordinates and develops all sections and ensures operational and strategic objectives are achieved
Prepares the annual budget plan and submits it to his/her direct supervisor (COO or Co-CEO) for review and approval
Monitors the budget implementation and ensures there is no deviation from the budget
Reviews the budget monthly and prepares a full-year forecast along with the COO
Reviews activity reports and financial statements before they are sent to Group Finance
Develops strategic planning; promotes revenue, profitability and growth
Oversees and controls the utilization of all resources
Ensures efficiency and quality of service as well as cost-effective management of resources
Builds and maintains strong relationships with all his/her clients
Promotes teamwork and local involvement by adhering to the company’s culture and values
In coordination with his/her direct supervisor (COO or Co-CEO) and the BUs Heads: Communicates regularly on the operation’s performance and the relationship with the client. Negotiates tenders and contracts
In coordination with the CSO: Prospects business opportunities and develops new business relationships with new clients
In coordination with the Group Finance: Reviews the monthly financial report, provides details on each caption of the statement and formulates optimization plans
In coordination with the Group HR: Evaluates talents’ potential and provides input for performance evaluation, career development and succession planning. Prepares the staff cost’s projection to be included in the budget of the operation
In coordination with the Group QHSE: Suggests and assists with the development of new procedures and ensures the implementation and maintenance of management systems (quality, occupational health and safety, environmental, etc.)
Represents the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings and formal functions
Ensures safety and environmental protection in all aspects of the work

OH&S/QMS Role and Responsibilities
Ensures that all projects activities adhere to all EH&S and QMS standards
Qualifications Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar field
Excellent presentation & people’s skills
Leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
Negotiation skills

Education Requirements

BSc. in Civil/Electrical/Telecom Engineering or Bachelor of Business Administration
Master’s or MBA is a plus
Member of a professional body is a plus
